First Coast Insurance Services is seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance CSR for immediate, full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be career-minded with exceptional customer service skills, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate extraordinary personal character, including a strong work ethic and positive attitude. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our growing personal and commercial book of business.

• Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills
• Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients
• Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary
• Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
• Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers

• Active Florida Insurance License (4-40 minimum requirement)
• 1+ year of Insurance Agency experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Successfully pass a background check
• Applied EPIC experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED Required, College Degree Preferred
